Anyways, cowpea has a lot of benefits!

2. It has phosphorus which can help burning up carbohydrate and fat

I first boiled cowpea to soften.
Then i fried straky pork without using oil since the pork itself super fat. Then fry cowpea and pork together// seasoned with oyster sauce and soy sauce
